To design webpage for MCHEQ.
We have design in PDF and corel format and require HTML form.
Their are some important points to be considered:
1. Design should be exact. We will provide Font.
2. Image should be clear and upload quickly and make spring image.
3. Orginal CSS and no extra code should be in CSS.
4. HTML should be in DIV format.
