Here is what needs to be done:
1. On the INDEX page of the test website, there is a “form” entitled, “FREE The Secret of a Happy Life”. This form must be do the following:
·Allow the site visitor to enter their email address
·Validate the email address format
·Send the visitor email address to me, by email
·Download “Test Doc 01” from the Docs folder of the test site to the visitor.
2. On the CONTACT page of the test website, there is a “form” entitled “Please Send Me…”. This form must do the following:
·Allow the site visitor to select options
·Allow the site visitor to enter info
·Perform simple verification of the visitor’s info (email format)
·Send the info to me by email, format is not important
·Thank the visitor…
– Developer must deliver fully tested, functioning code.
– Solutions must be SIMPLE and require NO proprietary software or unusual hosting capabilities.
