I need Kayako ESupport 3.70 to send SMS alerts to use my SMS gateway instead of Kayakos own gateway.
Brief:
I need Kayako to use my Itagg.com SMS account in stead of Kayako for the all ready built-in SMS alethic facility. I have had this done previously on a different domain which cost $30.
