! ! ! Please read first carefully, because I won`t pick just the cheapest and fastets ! ! !
Of course it is still a competition and a Scriptlance-bid.
I need somebody who really can produce this job exactly like it is displayed and detailed showed in the
attached files (grafic, txt, etc.) including the discriptions. Exact design, format, layout, etc.
1. you should speak English and understand English so far for communication during project
2. website is in 2 language versions
3. website elements must be cut out of design by you (highest quality reqired / but consider loading time)
4. website should be produced, that CONTENT in each site is able to be changed easily without technical experience for example with a login
(Joomla??)
5. general website structure (new link, keyvisual, etc.) should be able to be changed by technical admin later (manual required)
Beta-versions and full finished and functionable project must be set on test-server (provided by you !!) for check and optimize/qa.
