Maya Character Rigged

i need a 3d character of a picture i will provide. its a playmobil figure. i need it in 3d ( maya 2009 and .fbx for motionbuilder 7.5 or 2010 ). i need it fully rigged and ready to use.

i use a motion capture suite and thats why i need it ready rigged.
