I need to have an ad banner designed, 120 pixels wide by 240 pixels high. I’ve had some of these done before through Freelancer. This one’s pretty simple, with minimal animation. Either animated GIF or Flash is OK… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Banner Design, Graphic Design)
