Fix Internet Explorer Css Issues Ie 6-8

I am getting ready to launch a new site and I have found I have a few issues with browser compatibility from Internet Explorer.

I need somebody to fix it so it looks like how it does in Firefox.

We need it for Interent Explorer 6,7 and 8.
