We have been provided a number of contacts via OCR and need to transpose and reformat into a usable format.

SSA Contact List – this is the source (original file). Note there are 3 tabs work of data on this spreadsheet.
SSA Contact List_formatting – this is an example of the format we would like all data converted to. Note that some listings have different information than others (particularly email & web addresses).
I expect this task will be largely manual, however if you are able to automate it at all I ask that you spend some time ensuring the accuracy of results.
