This project is to change color scheme for existing web site (see attached jpg)

All html is cut and you don’t need to edit at all only need to update css and images based on psd (you will be given on winning project)
current css uses
css/green/style.css
css/green/images/
you will create
css/light_blue/style.css
css/light_blue/images (this will have images associate with buttons, navigation, bg’s)
That is all! Should be very easy for css pro! Eastern European preferred. Please know css when bidding
