Digital & Print Designer
Hi Designers,
We require a very talented online/digital and offline/print designer or team of designers for our brand and products. You must be highly proficient in online (websites, banners, etc.) and offline (magazine advertisements, sell-sheets, product labels, etc.) design and advertising. You must also be highly creative and autonomous, and can work with very little assistance and deliver the most eye-catching and smashing designs for online and offline.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining all of our online and offline creative work, and your creativity will set the direction for our brand and products. We have our ideas on which direction to take, but your input and creativity will make or break this.
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
– a designer or team of designers who know what branding is all about and how to communicate it
– a designer or team of designers who create consistent designs across all channels
– a designer or team of designers who can create a theme from the logo, to the website, to packaging and to offline/print advertising
– a designer or team of designers who are highly creative and autonomous
– a designer or team of designers who are available online (e-mail, SKYPE, etc.) and offline (telephone, etc.)
– a designer or team of designers who are very responsive and can communicate in English very clearly and quickly
– a designer or team of designers who create scalable and light-weight designs
– a designer or team of designers who know how to optimize an online user experience
WHAT WE DO NOT REQUIRE:
– a designer or team of designers who have very little experience but think they “can do it”
– a designer or team of designers who make excuses, are not punctual and are rarely available for communication online and offline
– a designer or team of designers who use cookie-cutter designs (curved and bevelled 3D edges, etc.)
WHAT WE WOULD ALSO LIKE:
– a designer or team of designers who can create animated videos and graphics (not GIF images, but animated logos, etc.)
– a designer or team of designers who are have the ability to code in PHP/MySQL and possibly have experience with Drupal or other scalable CMS packages
This is a long-term commitment which will be very rewarding for the chosen designer or team of designers. We have a series of projects which will be based on the initial design and direction you create, so we need to find only the best of the best designer or team of designers who are the best at what they do! In return, you will have plenty of work to keep you busy!
We are extremely flexible with payments, bonuses and conditions, but we do not expect or accept 2nd best! ONLY THE BEST! Please check our reviews!
