I need a webmaster to help me with my projects, it will be an ongoing project and there will be more to come.

this will allow apart from paypal also credict cards direct to your own paypal account.
Then it is to develop an affiliated program for it, must be very simple and easy to follow, I’m not looking for implement 3rd party programs, I need to hear about your ideas about this. I need ideas about the affiliate system.
There are a few more websites that needs CMS and other projects ready to start, so I’m interested in contracting you on a monthly basis with a salary.
There will be many other jobs for you so it will be keeping you busy and with a job.
My interest is to contract a fast programmer that doesn’t give me problems in the future, needs to be reliable, knowledgeable in PHP and with experience.
We will start on 1- month probation with a pay at the end of $125 if you really do your job right, so if everything goes well and I like your work we will continue and I’ll upgrade your salary.
Another advantage is that I’ll be selling my templates and they will be needed to be uploaded to the server and then do a simple customization on them, so for each template upload and insert the simple customization I’ll pay you an extra $50. All of this depends your efficiency, if you are really efficient this will be running fast and you’ll be earning the salary and the extra $50 in no time. The faster and efficient you finish my project the faster I’ll be selling the templates and the faster you’ll be earning more.
My intention is to grow my business, for that reason I need an expert working with me, supporting me on my goals, if you help me growing using your knowledge and your expertise I’ll reward you, I want a win-win situation for you and me. I’m starting from scratch so I intent to become successful and profitable, this means that we both have to be working for the same purpose in order for both to get a win. If my business becomes profitable I’ll share the gains with you, obviously, it will be a pleasure.
