Outline
The project calls for the creation of a Flash movie that allows for Bitmap drawing onto a photograph that is to change daily. The photograph for each day should be loaded with an XML file that the Flash movie reads from.
Visitors to a website will see the daily photograph displayed on a web page and then be able to draw on the image using four simple tools. The drawing tools they will use are a paintbrush tool, an eraser tool and a four colour palette tool.
After they have completed their drawing they will type their name into a form and then be able to save the composite image they created to a new bitmap file. The name they type into the form and the bitmap file they create must be associated together so that they can be then be recalled at a later date and attributed accurately. This can be done using a file naming syntax: {visitor_name}_2010-11-26.jpg. If a file by the same name exists then the script should add a naming syntax that prevents the overwriting of the existing file. i.e. {visitor_name}_{v2}_2010-11-26.jpg. In order to protect the naming syntax, all underslashes should be removed from the visitor name post.
An open source library exists and you can use the class methods from this to create the functionality.

A graphic layout and icon treatments have been produced. The Flash project has to use these elements.
The files required for completion are to include all of the .SWF .AS and .FLA files pertaining to the project. Care should be taken to properly label all Flash layers and elements in case there is a need for modification later.
The winning bidder should also be prepared to answer any questions that may arise regarding this project after the deliverables have been received.
