1. member login feature. mysql database should use utf8_unicode_ci.
2. member has profile.
3. member contact private messages.
4. community event list.
5. community event gallery uploading.
6. community news, highlights.
7. community forum and votes.
8. a mail list feature which can send announcement to all members.
9. guest or member can post comments on any article. Like blog style.
10. the web template should have a main navigation menu bar on the top, a sub-navigation menu on the left side of the page.
right side page space for advertisements, youtube link .etc
The main navigation menu bar and sub-navigation menu should able to be controlled by joomla back end.
Article should be able to flexible attach to navigation menu links.
Home page should split to some blocked, each DIV may show up latest news, hot forum topic, latest posts.etc.
11. need to fit multiple localization. There will be select language buttons (country flags) on the right top corner, User click the language button will show the navigation bar in the selected language. Please give me the best solution how to handle muti-languages.
