Website That Acts As A Shared Browser

looking to build a website that acts as a browser, similar to the epic browser http://www.epicbrowser.com/ and the skysa bar www.skysa.com . The bars must have the option to open apps/widgets on page load, click, mouse on/off.

I need a application and CMS to add the following apps
1. URL input, search, back, forward and bookmarks
2. Radio, I want a app that allows users to select a radio station, once clicked a popup window always on top will appear. User will have the option to minimize so the app stays live or close.
3.Twitter/facebook chat app: Similar to http://www.fanchatter.com/chatterbox and it must work on the mobile version as this does http://twolves.fanchatter.com/?mobile=1, this will allow users to sign in using facebook/twitter or guest, users will also have the option to post to FB or twitter or just the chat itself. If a user does elect to have posts to T/FB their posts will be tagged with a keyword and the url of the site they are chatting from.

4. RSS feed reader: must be search engine friendly, We will be including rss feeds from twitter accounts that pertain to the subject, also RSS feeds from news and blog sites pertaining to that subject. This will likely be best as a slide out roughly 400px over the main website content. Admin will have ability to have this open on page load as well. Also we need all the rss links to open in new tab, popup with url bar, or target iframe/frame as options.

The rest of the initial applications will likely be simple iframes? of gmail, yahoo etc mobile sites, googletalk, aim, yahoo messenger and any other major IM service. We will also need to allow users/admins to enter html to make any app they choose, this must include sizing options. Please see the meebo bar on this page http://www.squidoo.com/godaddy-coupon-2009 for how this could work, specificaly the right side of bar where it says meebo connect where users can select from several IM services. This would work for both email and IM’s

This entire CMS must allow us to build multiple pages and a browser/sidebar for each page.

In the future we will also be looking to build a software version toolbar or full browser that can work along with the website version to avoid the limitations of frames/iframes

we will need to discuss this further by phone or skype
