I am looking to develop a Groupon.com like site. I have developed a spec I have attached with ideas on what we are trying to do. The idea is to leverage more rural communities to build local support for local businesses, but with groupon / livingsocial like functionality… (Budget: $3000-$5000 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
