I need to redesign my website (FlipHouston.com) to allow members to post their own deals. Something similar to MyHouseDeals.com. There are 3 actors: the wholesaler (selling a house and posting deal), the investor (interested in buying) and the Administrator (who will approve the properties before they go live).
Memebership will be free but no contact information will be disclosed. The site will allow investors to bid on every house posted by Wholesalers. When Wholesaler selects winning bid, the Investor will be prompt to make a $299 payment to us, and then once payment is made, the Wholesaler’s information will be provided to Investor. Similar to Scriptlance process.
House listings shall include basic price information, Google maps, pictures upload (pic editing, cropping a plus), details of repairs needed, etc (see http://www.myhousedeals.com/property/create/).
Home page shall included boxes of “featured listings” per category (single family, multifamily, land), search capabilities, etc. Website shall be ad-friendly for google ads, banners, text ads, CJ, etc.
High-end design is very important to this project.
Previous real estate portfolio of websites is required to qualify for this job. Serious inquiries only.
