We use WishListMember (http://member.wishlistproducts.com) as our
content management system on various sites (WishListMember is a
wordpress plugin for managing membership site content). And we are
using OfficeAutopilot (http://www.officeautopilot.com) as our email
list service/CRM system.
When someone registers for WishListMember they fill out a form where
they select:
username
password
first name
last name
email address
They are then added to the user database and given access to whatever
content applies to their membership level.
We need our WishListMember install integrated with our
OfficeAutopilot system so when a new user registers through WLM it
automatically also:
A) If contact is already in OfficeAutopilot, it updates their
info. If not already in OfficeAutopilot, it adds contact’s first
name, last name and email address to the contact record inside
OfficeAutopilot system
B) Adds contact to a particular group inside the OfficeAutopilot
system based on the membership level for a particular WLM registration form
C) If possible also pulls their username & password into
OfficeAutopilot and adds it to their contact record
This project will require:
1) integrate WLM with OA for one site with 3 different membership levels
2) duplicate this same integration for one other site with one membership level
3) provide documentation so we can use the code ourselves on other future sites
You don’t necessarily have to use their APIs to accomplish this
project but in case you need them…
