Hello, I have a DB on a shared windows hosting account but the connection to the shared hosting DB fails regularly because the idiot hosting changes the connect settings every 3 days or so. I want to host my SQL DB on a different hosting… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: .NET, ASP, SQL, Windows Server)
