We received an HTML file from our normal partner however it doesn’t display properly for some. Unable to figure out why it comes up as a blank page for some. We see the issue only using Firefox 3.6.12 – but some can view it perfectly in the same version.
1. Please review current HTML for accuracy
2. Rewrite HTML including a fix for issue in Firefox
3. Test in other browsers including IE, provide solution if needed
