A website that creates a place where renters can find landlords profiles by properties that they own and can rate the landlord or the property from personal experience.
Landlords in turn can keep an updated profile of themselves and the properties that they own as well as comment, rebut any rants by former tenants that rented from them.
Website Features needed:
•A place for tenants to rate properties 1-5 stars (No names, just addresses)
•Landlords can post listings and flag a review by a tenant rating they disagree with
•Open discussion/forum for landlords and tenants to talk about dispute
•All is free on the site unless the tenant/landlord wants more information then there is a fee
•Certain information hidden unless they are a paid client.
•Site must be easy to navigate and not cluttered or packed with too much info
•Google Maps integrated into the site for location of property.
•Blog for website news, messages, and updates
