Looking for a website that is similar to EBay where registered sellers can post items (products / services etc) and registered buyers can bid for the products / services. To register they would need an account and secure password & personal details. A section to enable rating and provide feedback on the buyers and sellers. A section to display the products with pertinent information, to close off products that have been sold; access to history of buyers and sellers. A section where sms can be sent to advise buyers and sellers of new products listed and sold etc.
Initially expect 100 buyers & sellers. Since we will be competing in a crowded marketplace the website has to be user friendly, quick and pleasing to the eye.
