I need code that randomly picks and generates tickets for a lottery pool based upon basic numeric and data rules. Then allows the user to add their tickets to a shopping cart. I will also need the ability to allow the user to create a group that others can join to pool their monies to purchase lottery tickets. This will all need to be incorporated within the Business Catalyst platform. This is an example site of what I need accomplished.
