I need to have a form made.
One will be for registering beta sites for the ad network.
I will provide more details but they will be similar to the form that comes when you arrive at groupon….that layers over the page and doesnt allow you to see the full page until you register. I will need to record details liek name, contact email, site, and a couple other fields.
