I am looking for an experienced, cost-effective company to create a web-based, keyword research tool for one of my websites.
Background on Software:
– The software will be web-based, and built in PHP, with a MySQL database.
– The software will be hosted within a members-only website. The website is built on WordPress.
– The software will need to be built to work on the major browsers (FireFox, IE, Chrome)
– I will need an Admin panel for the software, in which I will be able to view usage statistics for the software.
The software will be able to perform the following functions:
Keyword Research:
1. Users will be able to enter a “seed” keyword or URL, and the tool will go to the Google Keyword Tool, enter the seed keyword or URL, and download the results.
Keyword Sorting:
2. Users will be able to paste a list of keywords into the tool, and sort that list by frequency.
There already exists a tool online that does this. The tool is at http://www.online-utility.org/text/analyzer.jsp. I would like my tool to perform the exact functions as the tool on that page.
3. Users will be able to paste a list of keywords into the tool, and return only keywords containing a specific word.

Keyword List Cleaning:
4. Users will be able to paste a list of keywords into the tool, and “clean” that keyword list, by performing the following functions:
a. Remove duplicates from the keyword list
b. Remove particular characters from the keyword list (i.e. characters that the user specifies. For example, a user might want to remove characters such as * from all keywords)
c. Capitalize the first letter of all keywords
d. Add prefixes and suffixes. (In this case, the user will be able to paste a list of keywords into one text box, and a prefix and suffix into two other text boxes, then click “Combine keywords”, and a combined list will appear.)
Keyword Grouping:
5. Users will be able to paste a list of keywords into the tool, and the tool will automatically group a list of keywords based on root word.

Keyword Preparation for Export to Adwords:
6. Users will be able to paste a list of keywords into the tool, and the tool will generate phrase-match and exact-match keywords from a list of keywords (i.e. the tool will generate two lists: one with ” ” around the keywords, and another with [ ] around the keywords).
I have attached a diagram of what I would like the interface for this tool to look like.
Ownership of Deliverables:
Complete ownership of the keyword tool will remain with me.
Payment Terms:
Payment will be provided to the vendor upon satisfactory installation of the completed software on my website.
I will expect the vendor to fix any bugs (at no cost to me) up to 30 days after the project is completed.
