We need to create a few promotional /advertising letters. This includes both graphical design and HTML template out of it. This should be professional, custom design according to our needs and specification.
The HTML should be compatible with most mail clients (Outlook, thunderbird) and most of web-based mail providers (Yahoo, Gmail).
I will be reviewing bids only from those who can show their portfolio or at least some examples of previously created letters / other type of advertising/sales designs.
