I need a fullfeatured wordpress portfolio theme with the same layout and functions like :

Theme must have a backend like from woothemes, elegantthemes or templatic (you could download free themes) but must be unique.
Theme must support custom-post-types for the portfolio posts and use default pages and posts for news.
Theme must be fully localized (with __ and _e).
I need to have a colorpicker at the backend to pick the mouse-over color for menu, titles and images.
Footer must be widget ready. 2 or 3 widget columns.
Theme must support all default widgets (like calendar).
Only escrow payment at the end of the project.
