We require a simple application tool running on Microsoft Windows platform, which can upload automatically video files to a Youtube account, set the Title, Description, Tag and Category attributes of the video files.
The soft should be able to handle efficiently the upload for multiple video files simultaneously in multithreading and not sequentially, check the status of each upload and attributes setting of the video and if necessary reload the video.
A csv file contains all the necessary information for the program : path to get the video files, title, descritions, tags, category, you tube account id and youtube api developper keys id.
The parameter of the application is a browse to a csv file, and the user can also add many csv files as required. The soft will upload all the videos of the first csv file, and then the second csv file and so on. The status of the upload and setting attributes (title, description, tag, category) OK or NOT OK is written in the csv file for each video.
Please add an option on the tool that the user can choose to browse to a directory to get the videos selected for upload, enter manually the youtube account id, youtube api developper keys id, title, descrition, tag and category. The status OK or NOT OK of the operations are reported directly on the tool.
The soft can be developped with .NET for windows, any programming language is ok.
