I require a programmer experienced with Betfair to create an automated betting bot for use on Australian horse racing. I want the bot to scrape current price information from a website, and make a series of calculations based on this info.
I want this bot to be smart, to calculate both a Primary & Secondary
price as triggers to Lay the horse as well as a Back price which is used as a trigger to back the horse.
For example, it sees a horse at $10, i want it to calculate three new prices for this horse which is a trigger to back/lay it on Betfair. Lets say the Primary Lay price is $11, the secondary lay price is $12 and the Back price is $15. It then automatically places these bets depending on the prices available on Betfair. It must do this for each horse in a race.
Betting will probably be in the final 60 seconds I’d imagine. It needs to be able to re-calculate its prices as the market changes, etc so it will need to cancel old bets & replace with the new set of prices.
The price it looks for on Betfair will vary according to the “price
range” the horse belongs to when it calculates the trigger prices. I
dont want the bot to just use a static calculation for each price, say current price x 1.2 for eg. The over-round for each price range is different, so the bot needs to allow for this.
I’d like the bot to be able to automatically populate a runners list, but with an option for me to manually exclude horses as I see fit.
The option to keep laying in play is essential. Experienced Betfair
developers only please.
