Need to add LEFT sidebar menu similar to:

Recommendation for the look of the left sidebar menu is in the attached JPG (I can provide a layered PNG file if that is more useful).
Left side bar will be editable within the MENUS area of WP 3.0. The Left sidebar will include all the current page links within the PRACTICE drop down on the Main Navigation Menu. The TWO menus (left sidebar and Main navigation) will act independently of each other. Just want those same links in the new left sidebar as a starting point.
Menu sidebar will be placed as shown in the JPG on the homepage. The rest of the page elements will be moved to the right side of the page. The left menu sidebar will be below the header picture and above the footer on the homepage.
For pages (not the homepage), setup a new template which includes the left sidebar. The template one column, no sidebar would be a good jumping off point, but would like the original template to remain as an independent template. There will not be a right sidebar on the pages when the site is complete.
