I am looking for someone to do the initial set up for a Magento site.
I have designed sites in HTML and with Joomla!, and will be able to do the work on the Magento site once you get it going.
Prerequisites are:
• You have at least 2 Magento sites you can show me as your work
• You have good communication skills
• You can be available to communicate by phone if need be (I am in California)
• You have the skill to explain how to get things done in Magento
Magento is already running on site with their stock template. What I want from you is:
• Install new template (http://demo01.templates-master.com/a035)
• Create 3 items for sale that include: larger image upon rollover, item description, and thumb image in cart once purchased, and provide instructions of how this was done
• Connect payment gateway (Authorize.net), Google Checkout, and Paypal
• Load 3 (provided) images into the home page slideshow that comes with my template, and provide instructions of this was done
• Provide instructions on how I proceed to add pages and items
• Instructions on how to switch this site to my .com (you will be working live with a .org until complete)
• Enter 3 photos: 1 into each of 3 sub menus, ie: “Arrivals, Recommended Products, etc.” on template (http://demo01.templates-master.com/a035), and provide instructions of this was done
• Insert my logo
• Replace Magento copyright info with my info
I will provide photos and text for items.
I am looking for someone who is easy to work with, and who enjoys what they are doing. This is for a small ecological clothing site. We have a small budget for this which is why I am willing to do as much of the work on the site that I can.
