I need a carousel added to my WordPress Template that does not conflict with existing plugins being used.
Existing plugins: Lightbox, My Calendar and Slideshow Gallery 2. (already figured out that Featured Content Gallery does not work)
The carousel should show a thumbnail from the post, overlay post Title and link to the full post on click. (see attached mock up)
2-3 posts’ thumbnails should be visible at all times with horizontal scroll to show more post results.
Post should pull based on a specific post category.
Onmouseover popup display of excerpt would be nice, but only if cost effective to the solution.
Cost and time are of the essence (aren’t they always?)
This project needs to be done by EOD 11/1.
