Hi, I need a provider who is able to do extreme retouching for 5 dollars each. I am currently working with other provider for basic retouching but i need also extreme retouching. By extreme retouching i mean that the model on the picture can be changed but also the background will be changed… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Photoshop)
