I need an m4v file converted to hi quality flash flv file asap. I also need to video cut. remove first 1.26 min and at 1:14 mark I want an image to display for 9 seconds before the 1.26 mark starts. At the end I want it chopped at -0.36 and end with a 5 second image of 100x100png.
Video needs to be under 19min and small mb’s without killing quality.
