I need a simple app with just a background image and a button to call a set phone number. It would be nice to have random backgrounds when app is opened. Also would like to have a sound file attached somehow… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Android, Blackberry, iPhone, Java, Mobile Phone)
