We need a Flash Graphics Animator who can create human models and animation actions like sitting, walking, sleeping on sofa, cutting bandage with knife, surgery etc.
Please please do not reply if you have not done this work before.
Also if you have done similar work please make sure you can show some live sample flash work.
We are looking for someone who knows how to make Skin shading clearly and can represent human sims clearly not just flat 2d graphics like in cartoons.
If you can do 3d in Flash even better. This is the kind of work we are looking for see this link: plus there will be interaction in our case within flash to move the human by mouse etc.
