Hi there. I have a website in mind already that would be ideal. Yes there will be bells and whistles on this site. So be prepared to bid accordingly. I am also aware how inexpensive you guys can develop a site thanks to free lancer. I pay in 4 increments (1st phase, 2nd phase, 3rd phase and final phase when it is complete and during the testing via paypal). I have been stood up by many developers already for paying in full and the websites weren’t complete.

Project Managements:
Project Management component is useful in a multi user environment. This component allows admin to create projects with different access level and different visibility. For example, administrator comes up with some projects, he wishes some particular users to view it, he may then upload the related files of the project and assign access permission to those selective users from the user list. Project admin may assign edit permission to individuals too. The core features of the component will be discuss further.
