Hello Programmers,
We are a small business looking to have a cloud based newsletter campaign manager that is incorporated into an existing CRM system. To keep the cost down, we would prefer if the programmer used an existing open-source solution but tweaked it with our design and ease of use in mind.
We have looked around and we like the look of phpList but we will like that with a graphical user interface as the likely users in the company are not technical at all. So do you know any other software that will do the job or can you tweak phpList and include our CSS and HTML design with ease of use in mind?
