A long-term project to have an e mall all shops with in one large mall will need to be built this project. The project will be done on shop-by-shop bases the winning bidder will have to give a good product at a good price. This project will run over the next 5-10 years each shop will need to have a gallery, chat room, and all the normal features that are expected of a ecommerce shop. Payment will be 50% of each shop to be paid up front and 50 % after hand over, prior to hand over training of stocking and managing the shop will have to be undertaken but the website developer a there will be more than 100 shops to be done over this time but it is planed to be a self funding project i.e. shop a is completed when it has paid for its self shop b can be started and so on.
