If you wish to use this model just drag it into the scene and you are ready to go. There are seperate material groups for easy customization and insert point for easy aligment with the floor.
Since there is a original .dwg file and additional *.3ds file this is compatible with many software solutions. Of course full setup render scene saved in *.max file is included.
