I need to design a website and have a template to work from. The programmer will need to take whatever i have now and input a number of changes.
after this first changes i will provide comments and go for final edits. i need to have the webstie online within 1 week and have first part ready.
the programmer needs to have strong attention to details and nice design skills – there is little time for many discussions
quality is more important than price
