listing data form.pdf – is the web form you would have to create under the “seller tab” the is the form that the the sellers would fill out and send to me with there property info so i can put their house on the market after they have paid with credit card
have mls subscription, I need it integrated into the site as well.
site is to be built in PHP/MySQL with content management system, no open source.
I own a web development company this is a project i’m trying to outsource. if this is done successfully there are alot more jobs and constant work.
terms – this needs to be done within 2 weeks
payment – work is to be done on your server with updates provided at least every 2 days. will be paid upon completion of project at which point you are then to transfer the site to server of my choice.
communication – must be willing to answer emails and skype from me. skp-black17media
