Voila ! Here are some snow, rain and ice for Your art works!
You can mix brushes for better result, duplicate snow layer (layer 1.) and use some preferred blur
on layer 1. copy, what You would like to see on your work (motion, gaussian …). Then use
eraser tool (play with eraser opacity) to delete blurred flakes from focus area and not blurred
flakes from non-focused area. This will give your work deepness.
