we offer local promotional services to local businesses
i would like to have developed a interface/platform that enables my users to do the following.
1.sign up for a free membership account
2. locate availability on our promotional calendar to promote their product.
2. able to select available promotional slots based on zip-codes and add zip-codes to a shopping cart.
3. every zip code added cost a certain price (150.00)
4. you can select up to three subscription plans. (one month, 6 month and a year
5. their can only be limited slots per zip-code
