I have a php project mostly written using phpmaker and php report maker. Which generates data entry and report scripts based on a MySQL Database.
However php report maker does have some limitations I have two custom reports I need. This project is to quote for the first. If this goes well I will give the programmer first chance at the next report.
The database for this project is attached.
The application tracks students attending at home tutors. It creates timetables on a weekly basis.
The report I need is a grid listing tutors and the students attending in a given week. The week should be selectable using a popup calendar to pick any date in the week. The report should show the whole week containing this date.
Each band of the report will represent a tutor. Give the tutors name, time of the class, address, contact phone number, then show for each day monday to friday the names of the pupils due to attend with them that day.
Database details. StudentDays table represents the attendance. Students table links to give student name. Tutors links to give tutor and class details.
The report does need to integrate with the php maker menu. I have example of this in code. I will supply a starter php file with the correct include files that you can then add code too. I will add the menu item in to the rest of the application.
The report should be available on screen and by using a parameter produce a more printer friendly version. This is simple to do using the starter file I will provide.
To the winning bidder I will provide the full source code of the application to give you the ability to generate test data. I will also provide an excel spreadsheet demonstrating the report contents.
This should be a simple job to someone with good php and mysql skills.
