Create A Form That Will Securely Upload File To Amazon S3.

I have a website that needs to be able to allow a user to SECURELY upload a file on their local hard disk to my Amazon S3 bucket.

It must be SECURE and use secure http (https).

I am looking for someone to write the necessary code to do this, and then integrate the code into a page on my existing website.
