In my webshop i have a colourpicker database

now i want that each colour from every colourcard have a different url
in the attached file you see what i mean,
i want that each color his own friendly url has
so i want this friendly url
http://www.goedhuysverf.nl/ral-kleuren-1009-kleurenwaaier-kleuren.html
the words “kleurenwaaier-kleuren” must be in every color friendly url
i hope you understand what i mean
