I am redesigning a realtor website that uses IDX Broker’s (idxbroker.com) data feed to display property listings, and includes many other features such as basic search, advanced search, search map, etc.
The basic search will be featured on my client’s website, and the results appear on IDX Broker’s website (through use of template to make it seamless). I need to customize the search fields as provided by idx broker to appear as the client requires on their website, and idx broker has the tools to do this.
I will need the following from you:
– Create Quick Search interface on website homepage. You will create custom search fields using IDX Broker’s tools, and also modify the appearance using CSS.
– Modify Featured Property Showcase to use fade-in animation, and also remove the default text. You can do this via CSS.
– Remove MLS numbers from search results – this will be modifying the CSS to hide the search results. Again, you can create custom-CSS from with idx broker’s admin interface.
I will provide:
– Artwork proof showing how the Quick Search is supposed to look
– Login details for client’s IDX Broker account
– FTP details
I will provide client’s site in the PMD, and can also provide the client’s IDX Broker login if you’d like to browse it prior to making your bid.
Payment: 50% down escrow, then 50% escrow once project is underway.
Timeframe – let’s have this ready by Friday latest. I’m working on other details of the website and thus the reason I would like someone to look over this particular feature of the site.
