How to remove delete icon action when i click on select all in nova resource

I’ve created a custom resource with an index query function. , I need to change the default actions function or somehow stop the delete icon from showing up when I select all rows to do another action.

i’m trying to export excel for the custom nova resource but when i select all records the delete icon showing up.
