Send messages to 2 different websites in the same browser

I need to transmit a message from website A to website B but there are conditions:

• These 2 websites must be on the same computer and the same browser.
• Do not send requests to my server.

Example

I tried using extensions and it’s very effective. But I forgot that it doesn’t work on mobile. I have thought of many ways but no results.
