If you go on any other page, like: http://www.seoportfolio.info/2010/07/25/reputation-management-indeshaw-adenaw/
You will see the side menu, under the page text.
When I am loged in as admin this page http://www.seoportfolio.info/2010/07/25/reputation-management-indeshaw-adenaw/ looks OK.
